Looking for strength out there:

I see a few...INIT, APEX and XYPR

Now here's the theory...

Many traders are away from their machines. The shorts have likely left stop losses in their accounts...so, strong buy volume is likely to trigger market orders (based on the short stop losses getting triggered)

If enough buy strength hits a ticker, launch will be imminent...

Of the above 3 I like INIT the best...here's why:

1. Another 'strong buy' issued today (new coverage)
2. It is very close to a 'blue sky' break out around $23(that will trigger limit buys, as well as short stop losses)
3. It is a solid company
