Anyway, the short-interest for Nov. will be out this Friday, watch from this site--http://www.nasdaq.com/asp/quotes_full.asp?kind=shortint&symbol=CSCO%60&selected=CSCO%60 Amzn's SI was 35M on 9/9/99, then up to 38M on 10/9/99. The Nov. report will reflect the short interest on the closing date of 11/9/99 and Amzn was trading around $65. Amzn was trading around $90 on 10/9/99. If the short interest dropped back to under 35M, then there will not be much of short-squeeze from here.
