Ken, So setting up shop in Kanata, inflating the engineers salaries and stock packages in canadian money will work for CSCO while hurting NT and NN. To prevent losing good engineers, NT or NN will need to revamp the comp plans. All of the local comms companies in the northeast hit the job fairs up there and are moving people down by the dozens right now. The visa issues are less problematic coming from Canada, the housing market in NE is not as tight as it is in Silicon Valley and the money is just as competitive. CSCO also hits these job fairs for its facilities in MA and NH. Brian
