WWW.RCSECURITIES.COM: First On The Net, Tropika Subsidiary Launches
Off-Shore, Online Brokerage

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 23, 1999--John Ashbee, Chairman and CEO of
Tropika International Limited (CANADIAN DEALING NETWORK:TPIL.), today
announced that Tropika's wholly owned subsidiary, RC Securities, launched
its new online, off-shore brokerage service, operating throughout the
Caribbean.

RC Securities' interactive, e-commerce Web site, www.rcsecurities.com
<http://www.rcsecurities.com>, is a unique brokerage service offering
real-time, single-transaction trading of international securities.

RC Securities is already in the process of pre-screening and
pre-authorizing a number of International Business Corporations (IBCs), who
will be using the service.

"Things just got easier for off-shore investors, our primary market, who
have reacted enthusiastically to the site and to the range of services we
offer," said David Putnam, Chairman of RCS. "Traditionally, trading in
off-shore accounts has been laborious, complicated, and slow. The objective
of RC Securities is to facilitate online trading for IBCs and off-shore
Trusts from anywhere in the world, on the major stock exchanges of the
world, on a 24-hour, fully confidential basis. RCS's services are a first
in a market that is worth an estimated US$7 trillion."

RC Securities recently participated in Shorex '99, the premier
international offshore tax planning and financial services exhibition and
conference, held in Toronto. With over 50 corporate displays, and sponsors
including Smith Lyons and Barclays, the exhibition introduced RC Securities
to a large group of offshore investors.

RCS' site was opened for business after successfully completing rigorous
beta testing and scrutiny and feedback from the public, who were allowed to
browse the site over the last month. All support elements are in place,
including a fully trained staff in and a customer support call centre. RC
Securities will start with North American markets and roll-out real-time
international markets in the coming months to ensure operational efficiency
in each of the global markets. The addition of offshore mutual funds and
real-time stock quotes should be available in the near future.

Involved exclusively with the Internet, Tropika International Limited
identifies and develops breakthrough business opportunities that have the
potential to be best-of-class in the e-commerce environment. Tropika
applies its resources in IT, finance, and marketing in order to create and
build value.

Note: Tropika and its management team acknowledge the need for software
initiatives to be Year 2000 compliant and have an active policy in that
regard.
