And Lindy Bell, I bought almost all of my shares in November, 1997, and haven't sold a single share. My last trade was to buy the January 140 options at $35 last August (or was it the end of July?). I plan to call the shares after the new year. And I credit my wisdom and fortitude to none other than George Gilder. I am a charter subscriber to his amazing letter.

I have just started reading a book that should interest Gorilla Gamers. It's "Mastering the Dynamics of Innovation" by James M. Utterbach. It goes into multiple past examples of disruptive technology. Particularly interesting is the description of the tactics of existing companies faced with innovation. "Change does not come easily to human societies, and there is no reason to expect the societies we call firms to behave differently"
