John, "service for Portsmouth" I haven't yet tripped over one, but will let you know if I do. By the way, what co. is your cable moron? Any chance there in the next eon or two? In fairness to the CLECs - I would suggest that they are limited by logistics now rather than pure economics. DSL is mostly brand new in even the major markets. Sure they are doing the easy and dense CO's first, but it does look like they are covering fairly large geographies at once - not just an office at a time. Perhaps you can inquire about WHEN you might get service from your telco. Perhaps you'll get lucky and be just a year or so away from bandwidth nirvana. Jeff
