Now this is getting confusing! I don't know the ins & outs of listings on the American exchanges regarding name changes but I do know this. I have been dealing with this company's products for several years.

First with Intuit, using their tax programs - ProTax series.
Followed by BCEmergis - ProTax series continued.
Followed by BCEmergis - Quicken programs.

If this are not their products, why are they solicitating & accepting payments for these under the old names of Intuit Canada & now BCEmergis???

Read the Raging Bull commentary. It seems to fit in quite well with what I have been saying. There is a connection.

Boy, I really screwed up on this one! Thanks for pointing out the way. So IFM and Mpact are not connected? In my dealings with them through my tax e-mailing they came "together" and I had assumed they were the same outfit! I checked my invoices, and they have different headings - not very observant of me, is it? My only excuse is that I paid for the software programs by mastercard over the phone, and for the e-mail services monthly by cheque. Pretty lame excuse isn't it!

If I understand yesterday's news correctly, BCEmergis handles the e-mail functions for Intuit in Canada and AOC will be handling it for them in the USA? If this is so, I think that I am not too enthralled with this change from the view as a shareholder of BCEmergis! Or, is there some good news in it for us?
