Nathan

On the TSE, you have a limit of 20% of the number of shares outstanding. Anything over said limit that must be approved

One thing nobody has mention....since the 12th Haywood has sold only 10,000 shares and has not played the stock in the past 3 days including the run to $1.48. If this was the top or near a top I would expect Haywood to be bailing on a bunch of their shares. Since someone will point it out, yes they could do it through another house. However in past Civelli/Haywood deals Haywood was easy to track at the bottom and all the sells on the way to the top.

For example...with NIR Haywood didn't sell a single share from .20 to .75. When it hit .75 they started to trickle out some shares. However the sat back and waited until the stock was up 1000% ($2.5) before they went into sell mode and got out of ~1 million shares between $2.5-$5. I sure how this time around they are also looking for 1000-2500% on their money <ggg> Either way, it is nice to see that Haywood is holding tight.

Best Regards
