"Uptick Rule might be taken away"..Its what I've heard from some traders I consider "in the know".. It seems that money makers are making too much money off the uptick rule which lost them tons a while back when it wasn't a rule. That would be a wonderful change IMHO to traders.

ORTL moving nicely off lows after a predictable earnings sell-off.. after spiking at about 69 a share fell to 53 today, A great company should be watched.. ORTL bounced off support at 60 but is now sitting on its 10 day moving average. A drop below could mean another down day but it it holds at 62 I'd consider that a positive indication that after the holidays it will continue to retrace earlier highs. ORTL moved up tremendously on anticipation 200% since it was announced their earnings would be above expectations. Probably in the top 10 performers that I've followed in November so give it a break a while, it will be back.

There is no way a stock that spikes that high will not correct, especially after earnings are out and were predictable. I had a short out on ORTL but never even made it in..
