I don't know Intervoice but Altigen from my knowledge is pretty much a proprietary product. Artisoft only supply the software and the integrator decides what server platform to use. Televantage also operates exclusively with Dialogic hardware which is the de-facto voice board for computer telephony apps. The relationship between Artisoft & Dialogic/Intel is far too strong to be ignored. Either way, both Artisoft and Altigen are paving the way for serious Computer Telephony Solutions which will ultimately kill-off the traditional office PBX as we know it. Tim
