Perhaps wrt investor sentiment. But wrt actual dilution, the secondary looks pretty modest, adding 'just' 6M split-adjusted shares. This would increase the post-split float from 30M to 36M shares (20% addition), and the post-split shares outstanding from 253M to 259M (3% addition).

Jan, you probably know more about this. Wouldn't you consider a secondary that increases the float 20% to be modest?
