They are mistaken about which group they were in. It was alphabetical by Symbol as of January 4th 1999. It was not by company name. otcbb.com I think the adequacy of their public disclosures has been the question right along. That there has had to be amendments to their filings I think bears witness to this observation. It is not clear at this point what the real story is. Historically, I would observe that they have tended to obfuscate and delay with regard to their disclosures. They have been paying the price with their removal to the pink sheets. This looks like a thin attempt to paint a rosy picture in the face of pain. They sadly could have disclosed most this information as early as last year at this time and worked out these problems then. I have no sympathy for Danny Dror and his public disclosure delays.
