Thing is , it's not "Jibberish" to the KIDE's...that's just journlist's catchy phrases....and appealing to the mass understanding! I remember in the 50's and 60's , alot of the youth were speaking "jibberish" too. You dig, daddy-o? LOL! to the kids loving POKEman , it is kind of a Hero's Journey, ala Joseph Campbell...makes them soar within their own imagintions, and draws them deep into the allure of "zen Mastery", control of theworld around them...and the most important aspect: control of themselves..... comparing Pokeman to furbies is a total misrepresentation of the phenomenom....it goes much deeper than ------> CUTE, or jibberish! Hell , it's the adults who are full of the jibberish, just wait till election time ! Pokeman has a positive influence on Kids, cuts thru racial barriers across the board and in an intriguing way, Unites children and younger people...in alot of nice ways.
