The quotes at the bottom of this message say 0.31, but Bloomberg says 0.11 ?

What's the story there ?

I suspect most here have heard this, but if not, here it is:

The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has set Monday, February 7 as the day for argument in the E-Data/IGE appeal. The argument will take place at the Federal Circuit court house in Washington DC.
