I've had this recurring fantasy of opening a sports bar. The façade would bear representations of a football, a basketball, a baseball bat and a hockey stick. The name of this fine establishment would be the Four Seasons.

It's not easy to find a TV show that's suitable for everybody. This past weekend at a family gathering of six (ranging in age from 52 to 89), we watched Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. An IRS employee won a million by knowing that Richard Nixon was on Laugh-In. Pretty lightweight entertainment, but it was briefly reminiscent of earlier times when we would all watch TV together. Happy Thanksgiving Day to everyone ...

The fleur-de-lis is the symbol of France, so think Louisiana ~ the New Orleans Saints. Unless they moved to Utah, or something, like the Jazz. As you can see, I am not a sports fan, either. The sport I hate the most is hockey, closely followed by WWF wrestling. I like the part about being dressed down by a guy that calls you Port Moron. Sort of like being dressed down by a lady wearing nothing but an ermine thong. Maybe not divine justice, but definitely entertaining. Gotta go buy some solid vegetable shortening, it looks like I must have pitched what was in the old freezer when we moved. Want me to pick up anything for you?
