Justa's Stock of the Day: I started a position in Charter Communication on Tuesday at $22.25. This is a Brinker IPO investment. Went public in early November. Goldman did the underwriting along with Dean Witter. It spiked to $27 from $19.50 in its early days. Has sold off and has seen support twice at $22.00. Now trading at $22.75. The issue is still in the quiet period so the houses have not come out to sell it yet. Quiet period ends in early December and the fat cats will come out with their buy recommendations. High risk investment and possibly a high risk entry point if we get a tech. correction.
