Steve, <Seems to suggest Timna based systems will be very popular.>

Based on the popularity of the 810 platform, I'd say that Timna will be an instant hit once it arrives in the market. Who wouldn't want everything but the kitchen sink integrated into one at a price point around $500? Of course, sub-$500 PCs have been available for a while now, but they tend to be overly castrated. Timna will need no such castration.

<No mention of Rambus but I am assuming from Intel's statements thus far that Rambus support will be a feature.>

Timna will indeed have an integrated RDRAM controller. However, the MRH-S component allows Intel to be flexible and offer both RDRAM and/or SDRAM support for Timna-based systems.
