John,

"You are full of similes today but this one was particularly tasteless and reflects a certain poorly concealed bitterness, revealing your Cheers as a base miscasting of the word"

Das tut mir leid. Say what you will but the real tragedy of the RMS Titanic was the lack of lifeboats provided by those who invested in her construction. No one would have died that night if the debutantes had replaced a few chandeliers and gold toilet seats with a few lifeboats. Did Astor really give up his seat or did some of the crew members who had real honor simply not let him in the boat with the women and children?

Your statements conceal poorly, your paranoid and anguished frustrations with a country not run according to the dogma of your own archaic religious and self-serving beliefs . A vain, bitter old caricature of a bygone age is a poor way to spend your twilight years.

Cheers,

Norm
