"I may have to take up knitting or something else to do in front of the
screen all day to keep my hands busy (please... no rude comments <gggg>!!!). Maybe I can do
one of those latch hook rugs of a crow for the Chief - LOL!!

ROTFLAMO!!!!

Cameron , you have way too much time on your hands to come up with these lines. LOL
Maybe thats your problem. Hey, how about making little knitted sweaters for those Nanos of yours so they don't get too cold. It will be there first winter and you don't want them to freeze when the lights go out on January 1st <ggggg>

Cameron
the nicotine patch represents a reduction in nicotine ... but for me it would actually be a bump up even without the cut back measures this week.... Given that, I'm going to try and get away without them (at least continuous wear)... and if I can't ... well, I'm looking forward to the buzzzz!!!

I had a similar problem and ended up smoking more after quiting for 6 months(my Brand was Medallion-Yechhh!!)
Hang in there. I am looking for a big jump in RIM and quiting before 2000. Good Luck. The only advice I can give is drink your beer WITH dinner and not after.

4 D's
Drink water (flushes out the nicotine)
Do something different ( keep your mind preoccupied)
Deep Breath ( as in inhaling)
Delay (this urge will pass)
Good Luck
I quit 13 years ago, and never felt better
