I wasn't going to post here again until April, but to remind everyone
12 last week already done
15 this week now done
20 next month, little problem
30 next quarter
(if you want me to really speculate I actually believe we will hit 40 before July 1, and possibly go as high as 60, assuming the market doesn't tank)
So stop getting quotes or else you will want to sell.
