Director,
How you can draw a conclusion between ML's rating on TYC and the trading behavior of YHOO is questionable, if not downright comical. I wasn't aware that there was such a strong correlation between two distinctively different business models in two entirely unrelated industries. Falling out of behavior with investors? Obvious? Yeah, OK. Perhaps you should examine the trading volume of YHOO over the past several trading days. Good luck.

Director, some trading rules to live (and die) by:

1. don't let logic get in the way of your emotions!

2. If it sounds improbable, BUY!

The best method I've found is to buy a new green felt
cloth and some tempura paints (yes use lots of purple and
yellow, the Barnie colors, just to get in the mood) and I
mark out territories
"Yahoo country"
"Linux wilderness"
"Fiber channel nirvana"
"Optical valley"

Arrange the felt at the bottom of your kids' old round sandbox ("the wishing well") and toss a pack of quarters
into the air (I used to use pennies, now its quarters!!)
and say "Wonder whay, wonder what I'll buy today"
and just, like, buy it!

It may sound weird, but you can't argue with results, can you!
100%/month! yes its true! and you can do it, too!

Director,
I l;ike many, are having a hard time following your logic(if there is any).
You state:
You're upset that YHOO is
obviously falling out of favor with investors.

Well, it is near its all time high and outperforming about every index out there over the last 2 months...

Care to explain your statement in light of analyst comments and stock performance...
