Get on the horn with the doctor or somebody and ask them what steps they are taking to deal with the probable infection. I hate to say this, but you've got the ball and you need to know which way is the opponent's end zone.
Do you have the doctor-in-charge's 24 hour number? He has one. Make sure you have it. Find out what his plan is.

This is super frustrating cuz I can't DO anything from this end.

Coby is semi-plastered with tequila, and is no damn good. Sorry, not enough warning, I could be in better shape but I need more notice. White blood count sounds grave. Best I can do under short notice is run it by my brother and my brother-in-law. You've got my number, call me.

I am calling family for advice. 8000 white blood is high, not sure if it's outrageous.
