Thank you, i appreciate your responding so promptly. It would be an error for Track Data to ignore the potential for establishing good relations with the investors on SI, and GNET.... I'm very glad to hear from you Rick. I assure you that I'm usually of "good cheer", as some even on this thread will attest. ....Also & I'm not sure if you are aware, but I have promoted TRAC and MyTrade with extreme effectiveness on many of the threads..... especially one that has developed into one of the consistently hottest daytrading threads on all of SI, Kimberly Lee's "Cents and Sensibilities" Subject 26775 number 1 on the "hot" list this morning... ....There I initiated several passionate evening and weekend discussions recently, concerning alternative trading platforms, and I promoted MyTrack very enthusiastically. The responses I recieved both publicly and thru PM a indicated a great many were interested in changing over to MyTrade, from my descriptions of the ease of use and dependability. The reponses were immediate and overwhelming in "giving you a try". (....I post quite frequently, and I guess have very fortunately won the affections and the ears of a few , and have had some small measure of successes in trading, as you will be able to see , when you look at my acct.) **I am pleased and encouraged by your quick response here, as my problem is a very simple one to explain.... The problem is this:I've been unable to get cancellations on limit orders thru the system executed, having them sitting orphaned , for sometimes over an hour all the way to the close of the market.....then forced to hold positions overnight, I had no intention of keeping, since it has been impossible to reach a live broker for days. My buying power very much diminished, with no access to live brokers. This occurance placing me in an extremely vulnerable place & subject to losses the following day when positions i would have exited the previous day have fallen....I never use market orders, this has happened more than several times and unfortunately cost me $1000's, and great distress I'll gladly provide you with the details of the instances thru PM, as I will spend the rest of the night digging thru my transaction accts to provide you with more neccessary information. **I can say that I am truly impressed by your concern and personal invovement & attention in this matter Rick, and hopefully I will come to once more regain the trust and same enthusiasm I once had for using MyTrade... thank you for responding, ;-) 2MAR$
