Ebay has broken out of an inverted H&S pattern on expanding volume and spread, the target appears to be a test of the old highs.

This market is getting ripe, but still a danger to short sellers trying to go after these kind of stocks.

Hi Bobby; I noticed that one of the funds you mentioned has a high/low of 26.15 and 5.65. Profunds - Ultra Short OTC and is at its low point right now. I hope this is not a dumb question but is there a way to calculate the point of the OTC index level that would result in a net asset value of zero?
