Eugene & KS,

Sure there will be a potential 14%+/- dilution, and in the meantime, ...there is also room for a 40% appreciation before it becomes a factor.

Additionally, folks may not necessarily exercise their options at the magic $7 mark, but may retain their "right", and money, until things become unbearably interesting. In that event, I would be just as happy as they would be, as the holder of a few thousand shares. A ceiling? I don't perceive it that way, just an intermittent hesitation if things start clicking.

So, with the combined market cap, and the initial outstanding shares, we'll have to see where this all settles while management grinds out some improved performance and reduces debt.

All the while, my monthly SOC chart (DMI & Stochastics) is indicating (IMHO) the potential for a pivotal upswing. Maybe this "settlement" is what was needed. Time will tell, keeping in mind this is all biased opinion of one individual.

Good luck.

Regards,
Bob
