Ciao, if that JV materializes, and TOMmy's ducks are certainly in place to accommodate it, you'll see us punch through $3 pretty quick. Having said this, we shouldn't get people too exited. It may not happen. The question is, what is the probability of it happening, and what is the risk / reward. I think the market and the recent PRs can help us figure this one out. P.S. It would be a great debut / strategy, for TST Tech. to issue a PR of this nature on December 2nd. P.P.S.
