bird i was just going to ask heinz when the auction was, the gold stock charts are predicting a bullish outcome, pog is trading in a very narrow range and broken up thru some st moving averages and the xau is coming off very oversold territory, with a double bottom.

got a perfect set-up, just like before the last auction, the vix bands are even at a narrowing point like they were prior to the sept auction.

time to rock n roll

>>>Bobby, the POG and XAU rallied into the first BOE Auction and then sold off into the summer lows.<<<

bird, i am only aware of one auction, that first rally into early may was coincident with the rally in cyclical stocks, oil, oil stocks and some industrial commodities like copper.

That rally was not confirmed by a rally in POG and was sent packing when the boe announced it's gold sale.

happy thanksgiving

Bobby Beara: I warned you and your Golden Technical Bullish indicators that " if the results of the Auction were disappointing, $270-275 were possible." Fundamentals may not mean to much these days when it comes to the S@P and Nasdaq, but it still means something to the Gold Gunslingers.

Since we are on the subject of massacres, I thought you'd be interested in this particular piece:
