Re Cash--Zi has also shown that they have support to raise additional funds when they need it, through private placements. With the stock now selling above $15 (US), they can raise whatever money they need without significant dilution, I think.

[Note: I have raised the same issue, several times in the last couple of years. They got through those crises before the very positive developments of the last three months, so they should have no trouble now. Heck, if they want to, they could float a secondary at this point.]

AOL buys Zi competitor

As posted on the Yahoo! ZICA board, AOL is buying up Zi
competitor Tegic. Will this trigger the long-expected crash of Zi stock?

ZICA opened at $14 13/16, already down 7/16 from yesterday's close.
