Here's a few things that you may want to ask GUMM's lawyers to think about after the holidays. The Ziscam box says "Fast acting remedy for the common cold". Ask them to define "fast". For most people, fast means instant relief when referring to a cold remedy. Once again, they've made a misleading fraudulent statement concerning their product.

Also, in the warnings section it says, "As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby,..." Wait a minute! I thought Ziscam was NOT a drug but here they're saying it is. Maybe the FDA, as well as the FTC, should take a closer look at the homeopathic issue after all. They could have called it a medication but they didn't. They referred to Ziscam as a "drug". Once again, ANOTHER fraudulent statement.
