UK's Blair says no sinister agenda behind BOE gold sales
London--Nov 24--There was no sinister agenda behind the sale of part of the
gold reserves of the Bank of England, UK Prime Minister Tony Blair said during
Parliamentary Question Time on Wednesday. In response
to a question from Conservative MP Peter Tapsell, Blair said the UK was not the
only country reducing its gold holdings and that the decision to sell was

Russian CBR's Nov 19 FX/gold reserves up on week
Moscow--Nov 25--The foreign exchange/gold reserves of the Central Bank of
Russia as of Nov 19 were US $11.8 billion, up $300 million from Nov 12, the CBR

London--Nov 24--A combination of fear and anticipation cast a wary calm over
the gold market this morning as it approached the over-the-counter options
expiry at 1430 GMT. Gold was seen g ravitating toward the major open interest at
the US $300 per ounce strike price, while silver was seen holding around the

No, I don't know who spoke those words. But they certainly remind me of the man from Galilee who once said, "What doth it profit a man if he gains the whole world but......................................"

As I said, Sollog has been called many names and your "Flake" is yet another addition to that already very long list.

However, I would like to quote an original American, "Never judge a man until you have walked a mile in his mocassins."

Whether Sollog is "flake" or whatever or not doesn't bother me one bit. Because the world goes on spinning and the universe goes on evolving, as it should, regardless of whether Sollog exists or not.
