100cfm -

Firstly happy Holiday. It pouring with rain here in Corpus!!

CNXT is serious and has been reccomended here on this thread. The CEO of CNXT should be taken seriously.

And there are things that can creep up on the Q's grip. For instance the "Strathclyde Transformation" which was mentioned here a few days ago and could if it works provide., so the poster claimed, 64kbs to GSM phones. That kind of thing can 'creep' up on you.

You can bet your bottom dollar that there are all sorts of people who cringe at the thought of having to pay royalties to Dr Jacobs and they must be working day and night to upset the Qs plans by finding technical ways around the Q's patents or by upsetting the Q's potential market opportunities or by throwing spanners into the works of the various standards bodies particularly the European ones.

Q's engineers are no doubt working on new and better patents and the more it files the better but there will no doubt be determined and from time to time dirty campaign fought against the Q.

Best regards,

L
