Glenn sorry that order did not work.
I don't think that retail ecommerce itself is a problem- what I see as a complete failure to date is the related customer service & support through the internet. IF you have any question or problem that requires specific attention, forget it.

To me this proves the failure of the web, so far, to live up to one of the key benefits it was supposed to offer- customized two-way interaction and incredible relationship-building between retail businesses and their customers. It just isn't happening, beyond the ecommerce co's hyper-analyses of online customers' clickstream patterns and buying habits.
