Morning Keith, I agree with you about not fixating on the Enviro deal as it is incidental to everything that JDX is going to accomplish. In passing however, I will comment that I have been an active small business entrepreneur in several ventures over the years (buying and selling businesses, developing businesses) so felt somewhat qualified to price this deal and will say that it exceeds my best case scenario (from a JDX standpoint) substantially. I am very, very pleased at these numbers and terms.( no shares, no options). It has removed a concern in my mind and further attests to the calibre of dealmaking ability of the JDX team. I'm now getting extremely anxious for the deals to come down. I may be alone in this but in my mind this is a great day. Thanks Dave, for digging that up.
