<-OT-> Hans MNTL provides telephone and internet services in Bombay and Delhi. Their GDR is traded on London and Luxemburg exchanges I believe but soon they will list on NYSE, I think during Q1 2000.If I am not mistaken the GDRs will also be converted to ADRs. It is a public sector company, meaning the majority stock holder is the government though plans are afoot to divest government holdings further ie below 50% Anyway here is their website mtnl.net.in
