DAVID: SMRT: Is still on a down-trend. The H on 11/24 was at 6.375 On 11/19 the H was 6.437, on 11/11 the H was 7 and on Sep22 the H was 8 1/16 It has formed a temporary base at 5.875. On a technical standpoint is better to buy at the start of an up-trend. SMRX: After the sell-off on July 26, all the attempted "rallies" have had lower Hs. 7 3/4 on Jul28; 7 1/2 on Aug 23; 7 3/8 on Oct 14 and 5 7/8 on Nov 11. Today around 5.
