Thanks for this, it solved my problem. I guess when I uninstalled qcharts it did not clean up these files.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your post! if I had not seen it trading today would have been impossible without my Qcharts! Fixed it in 2 seconds while still on hold with tech support. whoa, makes you really appreciate them!!!
