The Holy Bible is God's record of Truth and Truth never changes.. I do not know this kind of love you seem to think both I and God should have toward your sin but the Love of God is based on Law... How else can God both Love and Hate His enemies ??? God hates his enemies from the heart because they are wicked and stubborn in their self will However according to Law God deals in Love toward all. If Christ had not died at the cross then God would not in righteousness be able to suffer you even for a moment in your present state. In that sense Christ died for the sins of the whole world. You are called to repent in order to experience the full and effectual extent of that sacrifice however and to have the sacrifice of Christ be FULLY applied in a saving manner concerning eternal life. There is no TRUE love apart from RIGHTEOUS LIVING.... To live in rebellion against your maker is hard on those around you. You may "feel" well and "wish" well toward all men but true love is to LIVE and Deal in righteousness toward others and God... The love your calling for is the kind you can get in any cheap Hollywood movie.
