Thanks for the pictures. I have owned few signed Kewpies. I do not remember seeing any like you posted. I'll keep my eyes opened. You never know.

I bought some Kugerands and Eagles for "in case",

Two weeks ago the K's cost me 300 each in lots of 10. Last week the Eagles cost 315 in lots of 10.

Most of the dealers I know who did a huge show in Baltimore 3 weeks ago said there was no interest in bullion, at all.

Another I know was selling silver bags for 3800, which he had paid 62 or 6400 each last year. I would think he wants a little more now that silver went up .10 a ounce.

I don't like paying the premium buying 1/4 or 1/10 ounce gold coins.

The coin and currency dealers I have always respected think I am making a mistake buying gold or silver. They think next year when the Y-2k craze is over they will both drop like a rock. These are honest friends who are not trying to sell me anything.

We will all find out soon if I was right or wrong.

This week I am debating between buying a bag of silver, or 10 more Kugerands or Eagles. Silver could turn out to be more practical but I sure like the feel of those gold pieces.

As far as dolls. A&M's are very common in my area. Most not exciting. Never had a good French doll. Been selling Toni's and Ginny's fast. The baby boomer generation are buying back their childhood.

Happy Thanksgiving
