Oh, I see, now it is a "New York company," according to Bloomberg. Among all the possible addresses for the company, I wonder why Bloomberg picked that one? The Form 10 filed by the company says they are in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. They claim to have offices in Israel, Moscow, and the Ukraine. The only thing in New York, as far as I can figure out, is the U.S. office of the British Virgin Islands company that controls CDDD: Constellation 3D Technology Limited 235 West 76th Street, Suite 8D New York, NY 10023
