As far as IR goes, they only have one person Victor Y. and IR is just one of the things he is responsible for.. For a company to post 25-30m in sale for a qtr. there are I am sure many contracts etc. so I do think they should announce things more often.. They do now and again but then there tends to be periods of no information, which might just mean there is nothing happening..
