Form 10 filed by Monday next at latest. You were told this by Mr. Bill Robinson? Edit: the reason I ask, this from the RB board... The PR from corporate was good, but I am still concerned re the Form 10. Now it is "imminent," but we've heard "soon," almost" and "nearly there" many times before.

Also why do you find it appropriate for you to violate the rules of this thread of only posting Canadian listed stocks? Ed has asked you many times not to post US listed stocks on this thread yet you violate all the rules and wonder why you are not welcome here. Where do you get off telling people lies and saying that I have bought a stock which I have not bought in order to get people to buy into your pump and dump scams? You come here spamming relentlessly and then when I try to expose you and your front running big dog group you wonder why I did it.

Subject 23794 There may exist scrupulous companies in that non-reporting otc-bb jungle, in fact i think i may know of one, pinc, where two honourable men of my acquaintance are launched on a project to legitimise the outfit, but never never never would i mention it on Ed's thread, where even canehjun otc is unwelcome.

Check out the news yesterday as he said just a small contract with majors to follow I also took a look at the PR and there are a couple of things I'm wondering about. First is that there was no dollar amount attached to the order. Why? As an upper bound I come up with 200 x $100, or $20k in revenue. Would you say that's a reasonable figure? Second is that the company with the purchase order has also entered into an agreement to resell the product. The obvious question is whether or not there is some quid pro quo here and if ITKG is actually booking any revenue at all from the AerCom Tek order. AFAIK that is a perfectly acceptable relationship, it would just be nice to know if that is what's actually happening. The third thing that grabbed my attention was the totally gratuitous inclusion of the "$13 billion market" statement. The market ITKG is in is a very minute part of the market for which the $13B figure was derived, and including numbers like that in a PR smacks of OTC:BB hype at its sleaziest. I look forward to your responses, especially regarding the date you gave for the filing of the S10 since ITKG is rapidly approaching the delisting deadline.
