Eric, All good points. Right now, I have no reason to doubt TJ. When he says the back-log is gone, then it's gone. Hopefully he will give us some guidance at the next earnings announcement. He has made good on everything he has said, but your right about the installer thing, it really depends on the part of the country. Here in the mid-West, ATHM and RR are very new, installers are the bottleneck. RichieH

Those of us who live in USWest-land worry about whether we'll have phone service come Y2K thanks to the lack of confidence in what USWest was designed to do. I wouldn't want their internet product, but....... I've had ATHM since I was a beta-tester 3 years ago and have held the stock since just after the IPO. Watched the highs (we'll get back there) and ignored the lows. Many friends and colleagues (AOL shareholders among them) are switching over. Happy to wait and see what ATHM does.
