To answer your earlier question, the turkey was superb. We got up early today to prep the bird and get it in the oven by 8:30AM (it was a 20 pounder). We had a full table of neighbors, kids, and their friends, two kinds of potatoes, boiled onions, steamed veggies, sour dough rolls, and a turkey with sausage dressing cooked to perfection. Then we had lattes (from my new Krupps expresso machine) and a choice of home made apple or pumpkin pie. I had both. I need a bigger computer chair <g>. Hope you had a great day, Frank
