Steve,

Are you sure that "the insiders are getting 6% for free"? Was that clearly stated in the prospectus? If so, I agree with that it is a rip off. Actually, I can't believe that it's acceptable for insiders to strip away assets like that for their own benefit.

I'm still not clear on What TOM does and what they own. They build telecom equipment, but don't they own a percentage of a telephone company in Shanghi?
