Ali, I agree with you. If the Elbrus people had something then SUN would have run with it. It may be that the Russians wanted the $$ to do it there and there is no hope of that. There is absolutely no modern infrastructure capable of a maintaining low micron fab(.25 or less) ion the USSR. I am sure they have tiny engineering fabs. No, too many people have seen russian scams to ever put money there again when there are US lawyers to sue them if the Russians did steal it and their US shares fell in price. The Russians may be blind to this and see the capitalists after their secrets....hey after you sell one the secret will be out...so it must be a scam...thre is absolutely no logical reason not to outfab it...unless it is a scam and that would debag the cat.
