IMHO this stock may have it's periods of under performance and out perfotrmance, but what seems clear to me is Schmidt has reached his Peter Principal. This company is not doing anything notable in the market to give it any more or less respect than any other software company.....Over the next 2 years, you are looking at a market performer here, unless Schmidt is replaced. He turned this thing around but hasn't really shown that he is capable of the next step, and it is clear he is trying very hard.
