Challo,

There's an excellent "From the Analyst" on the DWA site concerning the Hi-Lo reversal.

Nothing was said specifically about the DJBB, but as long as the majority of the indicators are positive right now, I'm full steam ahead with a little extra caution, but it seems that is the way of the world now, since things can change really fast.

CAMP,TERN,TBFC,MESG, has made nice reversals today.

Challo, from Garmish in the Geramn Alps. Beautiful here. Yes a little concern. We need the bonds to come around eventually for this to broaden out and be long lasting. This reversal could be setting up a double top buy signal at a low level. That is a possibility. Right now no real sponsorship in bonds. Good you are keeping your eye on the DJBB, it'll tell the whole story with either another double bottom break or a double top break at the new low level. This index however is not the coach and more attention should be paid to the BP'S. In 1987 rates rose all year and the market rose all year until something broke. We were warned early in September of major defense in plenty of time. My assumption is, that if trouble brews in the stock markets the indicators will once again lead us down the right path. Just keep your eyes open as you always do Challo. T
