A few points from MorganStanley's "strong buy" opinion on Nokia: 11/26/99

The outlook for the mobile phone industry is very good,
with our forecasts at 270 million units in 1999 and 409
million units in 2000. The factors driving growth include a
faster-than-expected switch to digital in the U.S. market;

...continuing acceleration in new subscriber growth in
Western Europe, Asia, and Latin America, mainly driven by
pre-paid packages; and a return to new subscriber growth in
Japan thanks to the success of i-mode.

...Jorma Ollila, the CEO, has confidence in Nokia?s
strategy for expansion into China, which is Nokia?s second-largest
market after the United States.
