Peter, Now didn't SFA dump GMST for another online program guide? Gemstar has multiple patent infringement charges against Scientific Atlantic. SFA has previously been on the wrong side of a decision against Starsight which called for an injunction as partial remedy as well as punitive damages. The potential liability to SFA increases with each unit deployed. Regards Stew
