Remember this lesson: Don't short the hottest of the hot stocks on Thanksgiving eve. They will continue their run on Fri. when everyone is home watching the same stock. This is true no matter how bad the fundamentals. For example, remember BAMM and NAVR last year?? Remember this for xmas and new years holidays too!! The key is the big MO and big volume, and a story, but just don't look too deeply into the story!!

You can thank the Holiday for the this one. Next week is a different story.

Sadly, both the shorts and longs will suffer tremendous losses w/this pig.

hehe.. im surprised they even came out with a release.. I guess they want to make sure there is no way they can be held responsible when it collapses and people who bought at 50 start screaming..

I spoke with alot of people today who got cleaned out on this one.. Hey, its part of the game and although im sick about the lose im sitting on, its just that- part of the game.. but whats interesting to note is that brokerage houses like DLJ and Ameritrade actually covered peoples shares without choice.. This was done primarily in the 35-45 range.. Amazing..

Im lucky that I have a smaller brokerage company that wont be bothering me until Monday morning... I was lucky.. But these poor folks who got forced covers? They bought stock at 50 a share, only to see in a week or two where it will be no doubt trading under 20...

This is a keeper for me.. I will not cover this short until it falls below 10.. I have seen it time and time again, and since they didnt afford me the luxury of covering this morning, I will now take this all the way.

After seeing some of the longs posts here I think im going to start making it a habbit to rub people 'in it' when a stock tanks and they lose.. Alot of folks I have followed for several years on s/i, wether I traded with or against them showed their true colors today.. The excitement of making a ton of money on a lucky bet like this gave them a chance to display just what kind of people they are.. Its tacky.. its rude.. its sad..

and all the hatrd for shorters.. without us you wouldnt have made this killing.. Where is my thankyou?
